Write to support@surplus-app.com. Please use the email address of your Surplus account and tell us which device and app version you use. We usually reply within a few working days.
Your account
You sign in with the method you chose when you registered. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset on the sign-in screen, or write to us.
Subscriptions
Surplus Plus is bought and managed in the App Store or Google Play, one subscription per household. To cancel, open your store subscriptions and choose Surplus. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the store.
Your data
You can export your data from the app and delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
